We’re looking for Entry-Level Community Engagement Associates to join our mission-driven team . This is a full-time role with paid training , perfect for individuals who are outgoing, people-focused, and eager to grow professionally .

As a Community Engagement Associate , you’ll be on the front lines of nonprofit campaigns, community events, and outreach initiatives , helping to build relationships and increase awareness for important causes.
This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who want to gain experience in event coordination, marketing, public engagement, and nonprofit operations .
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, volunteer drives, and fundraising initiatives
Engage with community members, supporters, and donors in a friendly and professional manner
Support the planning, setup, and execution of community outreach campaigns and events
Help raise awareness of nonprofit programs and initiatives
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and engagement goals
Track and report on engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in high-energy, face-to-face environments
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required – full paid training provided
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteer work
Interest in marketing, community outreach, or nonprofit work
Full-time schedule with weekly pay
Paid hands-on training and mentorship
