Summary:
Messerli Kramer, an established Twin Cities law firm since 1965, is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team in Plymouth, MN. The Project Manager is responsible for key areas of focus within our Collections Department, working alongside the Assistant Manager and 4 Collection Supervisors. This position reports to the Director of Operations . This is an operations-focused Project Manager responsible for inventory strategy, workflow design, and execution of targeted operational initiatives. The role offers a welcome balance between regular routine duties and overseeing the execution of new projects as business needs dictate.

This role operates in a professional office setting, routinely working with standard office equipment. Generally, due to the nature of this office position, the person in this role would be required to talk and hear, sit or stand for long period of time, and use their hands and fingers, to handle and feel. Occasionally required to walk, reach with arms and hand, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities required by the job include close vision.

Wage Disclaimer: The starting wage for this position is $45,000-$50,000/year based on relevant experience. The position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to firm profitability.
