Overview Environmental Consultant - Environmental Engineering, Geology & Compliance. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated environmental engineer with over 10 years of experience to lead and manage environmental remediation projects. This role involves both technical and business development responsibilities, including project management, client engagement, and mentoring junior staff. Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead remedial investigations involving soil, groundwater, surface water, soil gas, and indoor air. Design and implement in-situ and ex-situ remediation systems. Develop feasibility studies, cost estimates, and remedial action plans. Oversee system installation, operation, maintenance, and optimization. Prepare monitoring plans and performance evaluations. Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Support business development through proposal writing and networking. Participate in fieldwork (up to 10%) and overnight travel (up to 25%). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering (required); Master’s degree preferred. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required). 10+ years of relevant experience in environmental remediation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD, GIS, and modeling tools is a plus. OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (current). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
